Star Awards

Last night was our final practice and lessons for this season of Girls on the Run St. Louis. As a Coach I got to present the girls with several different awards for their hard work this season!! Here is a little video of me presenting one of the girls with the Star Award which is for demonstrating leadership and great participation in the lessons every week.

I’m sad that our season is over, but I am looking forward to the spring and hoping and praying that we will be able to have a live race event somehow together in person. I’m so proud of these girls for being resilient and still so motivated to be a part of Girls On The Run even under these crazy circumstances this season! And I am proud of myself for having developed my skills and flexibility as a teacher and leader which help me that much more when I do my Self-Val YOU program presentations!
