Today was a dream come true. For a very long time I have hoped that I would somehow get the chance to share my story and program on TV so I could reach an audience as big as the St. Louis metropolitan viewing market, and today I finally got that chance thanks to Tracy Hinson and Kelly Jackson of KSDK News and The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.
Thank you so much to Tracy, Kelly, and KSDK for having me on the Today In St. Louis show this morning to talk about the Prudential Spirit of Community Award, Self-ValYOU, and what I am doing with my program.
Thank you to my dad for recording the video and thank you to all of you who watched me live and texted and called me about seeing the interview! They also did a shorter preview video I will put in the comments that showed more pictures and I was SO excited that they showed my older-audience version of my program bookmark during the interview!
