It's How You See Yourself

The Kirsten Haglund Foundation shared this graphic the other day on their social media. I loved it and wanted to share it here. It's so true that when you look in the mirror, you have to feel love for what you see there because if you don't, how can other people like you as much as you should? And if you are letting yourself be influenced by other people to decide how you feel about yourself, that's a mistake too.

How we think about ourselves is something that starts very early and I have been working hard to create something special to try to reach the youngest people who may need the message of Self-ValYOU but are a little too young to totally understand how to apply the cognitive behavior tools quite yet.
