Heart & Sole Superstar 5K

I can’t believe that my second fall season of coaching is just about over, we still have our celebration party to do, but this past weekend was our Girls on the Run St. Louis/Heart & Sole Superstar 5k Race!

It was COLD but so fun and I loved running with every one of these Parkway Schools middle school girls, who are all so special and #valYOUable, and the other coaches.

It’s always amazing to see how many people are there celebrating and today was no different.

I also loved seeing my friend Kennedy Holmes kill the National Anthem and it was amazing to see Leila Anderson there as the honorary Race Chair, she is the first GOTR alumni to be the honorary chair!

We all had breakfast together after the race and I will miss seeing these girls every week so much. It’s a big part of what I do for my Self-ValYOU program and it’s really meaningful to me to give back to the organization that taught me so much and inspired Self-ValYOU!!

p.s. yes I know I am the same size as my girls, LOL
