How are you all doing balancing having to #stayhome and that being frustrating, with knowing that it is what we have to do to keep the Coronavirus from spreading? This past few weeks have been hard. It seems like every week we find out about ANOTHER thing being canceled or things going away that we won't have the chance to do again. This week we found out that we will not be going back to school again for the rest of this school year. I haven't seen my school friends in person since before St. Patrick's Day. My school musical isn't going to happen and I had the lead part in it. In another blog post I described some trips that have been canceled that were once in a lifetime things that I had been looking forward to for so long. It's a lot to deal with.

It's all about balance - balancing my emotions with knowing what I have to do. My friend Audrianna Hebron knows a lot about balance and we are not letting the quarantine stop us from still doing what we do! Audrianna started a program called "Finding Your Balance" that was inspired by her journey with an eating disorder and her recovery. I would love for you to watch our IntervYOU, social distancing style! Thank you Audrianna for sitting down with me and sharing your experience.

I'm excited to be a speaker at the Kirsten Haglund Foundation Freedom Walk for Audrianna when it is hopefully rescheduled this spring or summer. I will let you know when it is happening.
The IntervYOU is on the IntervYOU section of the website! You can also see it at: https://youtu.be/Z8LWhxeihZE
