What is YOUr Story Of Body and Self Image?

Everyone has a story to tell--personal experiences dealing with times in their life when they struggled with feeling good about themselves, viewing what they were doing in a positive light, or were trying to help a friend get through a negative patch.

Maybe YOU were starting a new school program and were down on yourself about your grades.

Maybe YOU struggled with your weight and a long journey in getting to feel more fit and healthy.

Maybe YOU felt like you looked different than other people, or are involved in activities that put a lot of pressure on you about how you look or how you are performing.

We have conversations here at Self-ValYOU about body and self image, and we call them, The IntervYOUs!  Click on the names below for stories of others and the conversations I have with them about how body and self image has played a role in their lives.  You will see videos, guest posts, and other great thoughts and feelings from other valYOUable friends!  If you are interested in giving an IntervYOU by writing, Skype, in person, or telephone, please contact me!
