IntervYOU - Shannon Norris

Meet Shannon Norris.  Shannon is an accomplished horse barrel racer, college student, and former Miss Missouri U.S.A. Ambassador 2015.  Most recently she competed in the Miss America Organization as Miss Texas County 2016.  She talks about her great perspective and experience on her journey with fitness and staying positive in an activity that requires fitness and swimwear as a required part of the competition.  Thank you Shannon for sitting down with me by Skype for an IntervYOU!
