I was so honored to be invited by Tracy Hinson and Kelly Jackson of our NBC affiliate TV station KSDK Channel 5 to come on to their show Today In St. Louis and speak about Self-ValYOU and its history and the program!  I have dreamed for a long time about being able to reach a market this huge on TV so this day was very special.  They made me feel so comfortable and I had a great time speaking to them.  You may remember Tracy from when she was so nice to let me intervYOU her after her amazing viral viewer response criticizing her for her appearance.  Today the tables were turned and I got to share my personal experience!  Thank you again to Tracy and Kelly for helping to spread the Self-ValYOU message.
