On November 30th, I was interviewed by Trish Gazall for The Metro Show, airing on CBS Radio stations Y98 and KEZK FM. The interview, where we discussed Self-ValYOU, was broadcast on December 3rd! It was a huge opportunity to get the message of the program out to my biggest audience yet (other than the whole Internet!)! Thank you so much to Trish for making me feel so welcome and comfortable talking about what I am doing with this program! We recorded the broadcast with a video clip but you can just sit back and listen!
